7th and 8th grade
Sundays 1:30 - 2:45 pm, meeting every other Sunday
September - April
mostly in English, youth are encouraged to share Catholic traditions from their home
Meetings: 7th and 8th graders need to interact with Catholics who are their age and with leaders of our faith: catechists. This age group has meetings instead of classes. The students are tired of "school" and prefer something different for deepening their faith. Meetings are a balance of games, activities, discussion, and a quiet moment with our Lord God. Using an adult Bible to read and discuss passages is an important skill to deepen their relationship with God. Games and activites can teach and help develop a faith community. This group mostly shares in English.
Registration is required. Families must be registered with the parish and parents must fill out a registration form for the MIddle School Activity Group. We accept new students until the end of February.
The fee for the 2024-25 school year is $40.
